Cancellation Policy
To secure a party booking, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required. If a party is cancelled 30 days or more before the booking date, a refund of the deposit payment can be requested. Requests for a date change are subject to availability and can be made up to 7 days prior to the party if you are unable to proceed with the originally booked date. However, if you cancel within 7 days of your booking, your deposit will be forfeited.
